Each March, Ravenna Conservation Club (RCC) holds a Concealed Pistol Class as an opportunity to boost memberships.
What's Included
During the class we will raffle off a few firearms and do a 50/50 raffle. This class can host up to 100 students.
Costs and dates will be updated by Feb 1st each year.
Ravenna Conservation Club has hosted and sponsored The Michigan DNR Hunter’s Safety Program for over 50 years. This program has been a staple in the area for the youth as well as adults seeking their Hunter’s Safety Certificate. Our membership includes several Michigan DNR Certified Instructors that teach these courses. Expect one of the best taught classes in the state! From classroom instruction to field day, you will leave this class with all the knowledge and hands on experience to be a safe sportsman/sportswoman in the field and at home.
Each year, our membership plants trout in Crockery Creek.
Ravenna Conservation Club is a member of Michigan's Adopt-A-Highway program. Each spring, summer and fall members gather to clean up the sides of M46 (Apple Ave.) from S. Slocum Road to S. Behler Road. Trash bags & safety vests are available at RCC.
